PlanBuild Tasmania attended Housing Industry Association's (HIA) event HOMEFEST held at Princes Wharf Shed 1, Hobart Tasmania on Saturday 3^rd and Sunday 4^th of September 2022.

Proudly partnered by CUBE Containers, HOMEFEST is Tasmania's largest, longest running and most successful home and renovation show, providing a one stop shop for ‘building and renovation’ to over 10,000 visitors every year.

HIA delivered the perfect event to kick start a building project whether it be a new home, refurbishment, addition/alteration, outdoor project or home improvement.

PlanBuild Tasmania were exhibiting the free to use Enquiry Service which allows anyone to enter an address in the portal to see what planning zones and codes apply to a property. A Property Report can be generated which includes maps, details of the planning zone, codes and other information that affect the selected property.

For those properties that fall under the Tasmanian Planning Scheme, PlanBuild Tasmania provides a comprehensive Guided Enquiry service, identifying any planning, building and plumbing rules that may apply to a proposed project.
